About Clothinco
What is Clothinco?
Clothinco is a Surat-based women's western wear brand and manufacturer, specialising in pure cotton tops, tunics and shirts. We design, manufacture and ship across India, and also supply wholesale and bulk orders to retailers and exporters.
Where are you based?
Our warehouse and manufacturing unit is located at Plot No. 11, Ground Floor, Vrunda Embro Park, Saniya-Hemad, Surat - 395010, Gujarat, India.
Is Clothinco a manufacturer or a reseller?
We are a manufacturer. Clothinco designs and produces its own tops, tunics and shirts in-house, which lets us offer consistent quality and competitive wholesale pricing alongside our retail store.
Fabric & Quality
What fabric do you use?
Most Clothinco pieces are made from 100% certified pure cotton. Product pages list the exact fabric composition, print type and any special detailing (embroidery, digital print, pleat work, organza trims) for each style.
Are your prints and embroidery done in-house?
Yes. Our digital prints and embroidery work are produced at our Surat facility, which is how we're able to offer frequent new designs.
Will the colour match what I see on screen?
We photograph every product under consistent lighting to keep colours as accurate as possible, but slight variation can occur due to screen settings and dye lots. If a colour is critical to your purchase, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart with bust, waist and length measurements. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our chart rather than relying on size labels alone.
Do your tops run true to size?
Most of our tops and shirts are designed as relaxed or regular fits. Check the fit type and length noted in the product details before ordering, and reach out on WhatsApp if you're between sizes.
Do you offer custom sizing?
For bulk and wholesale orders we can accommodate customised sizing on request. For individual retail orders, we currently offer our standard size range only.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, UPI, net banking and cash on delivery (where available), all processed securely at checkout on clothinco.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually make changes if the order hasn't been packed yet, but can't guarantee changes once it's shipped.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships. You can also reach out via our WhatsApp helpdesk for a status update.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India from our Surat warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by location, typically a few business days within India. You'll get exact courier tracking once your order is dispatched.
Is return shipping free?
No. Clothinco does not cover return shipping costs — this applies even to orders that received free shipping originally. A return shipping charge of ₹100 applies when you send an item back.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange window?
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange through our returns portal.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Start your request at our returns portal, or message our WhatsApp helpdesk and we'll guide you through it.
Is there a fee for exchanges?
Yes, a nominal ₹100 fee applies to cover shipping and handling of the replacement item.
Do you refund to my bank account or card?
Clothinco processes refunds as store credit, not to your original payment method. Store credit doesn't expire and can be used on any future purchase. The only exception is if we're unable to fulfil an order you've already paid for — in that case, we refund the full amount to your bank account.
How long does an exchange take to process?
Once we receive your returned item and complete a quality check, we process the exchange and ship your replacement — this typically takes about 8 days.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Do you supply wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. Clothinco manufactures and supplies women's western wear in bulk to retailers, boutiques and exporters at wholesale pricing. Message us on WhatsApp with your requirements to get started.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Minimum quantities depend on the style and customisation requested. Contact our WhatsApp helpdesk with details of what you're looking for and we'll share pricing and MOQs.
