Refund Policy

At Clothinco, customer satisfaction is our 1st priority. While we offer 7 days of return & exchange, we do provide an return & exchange service directly from the portal to ensure you get the product you love.

Clothinco does not offer refunds in customer's bank accounts. Refund will only processed as store credit or credit note that is eligible till customer's  next purchase.

For refund in store credit, customer should apply for refund in store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery.
